WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT (WIA) TITLE I, SECTION 166 COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

To be eligible for the CIMC WIA Title I Comprehensive Service Program, applicant must:

•  be American Indian, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian; and

•  be unemployed, or underemployed, or low income; and

•  reside in the CIMC Program service area.

•  Training Services

•  Work Experience

•  Supportive Services

 

NATIVE EMPLOYMENT WORKS (NEW) PROGRAM

 

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

 

To be eligible for the CIMC NEW Program, applicant must:

•  be a member of one of the participating 51 tribes; and

•  be receiving TANF, low income, unemployed, or underemployed; and

•  reside in the CIMC Program service area.

•  Job Search

•  Job Development and Placement

•  Work Experience (both paid and non-paid)

•  On-the-Job Training

•  Educational Training

•  Job Skills Training

•  Entrepreneurial Planning and Development
