A completed original CIMC application form must be received at any CIMC office before the closing date in order to be considered. Click here to view a list of our offices. A resume will not substitute for a completed CIMC application form. Applicants must meet all qualifications by the final closing date. An incomplete application may be grounds for rejection. All applications must have an original signature. It is the responsibility of the applicant to insure the application is received by the closing date.
